
Rocío Paz Guerrero Marín
Rocío Guerrero’s practice emphasises sharing, listening and presence through objects, installations and social practice. She explores the interplay between bodies, environments and language, examining how relationships shape our understanding of the world. Recently, she has focused on collective artistic processes with diverse communities, creating safe spaces for mutual learning.

During the CDCD program, Rocío aims to delve into environmental issues by engaging with the MUNHAC’s natural history collections and education department. She seeks to harness these resources to develop narratives that amplify marginalised voices and foster a deeper understanding of environmental colonialism.

The digital reflection titled tbc, created by Rocío Guerrero Marín, resonates with and responds to the experiences gained during his one-month residency at MUNHAC in Lisbon, Portugal. It not only reflects on the residency itself but also extends into the post-production phase, exploring the ongoing processes and transformations that follow the residency experience.
