The approach of the residency totally fits with Amaia’s interests, with their way of working, since Amaia usually travels to different places to do fieldwork. One of their main areas of research has to do with analysing different identities and ways of understanding Europe, and doing so from the perspective of this residency is truly enriching.
The digital reflection titled Primorska, created by Amaia Molinet, resonates with and responds to the experiences gained during her one-month residency at Nova Gorica, hosted by BJCEM, ŠKUC Association and GO2025! Nova Gorica-Gorizia, European Capital of Culture, Slovenia. It not only reflects on the residency itself but also extends into the post-production phase, exploring the ongoing processes and transformations that follow the residency experience.
